THE IMPORTANCE OF CLEANING IN THE BEER PRODUCTION PROCESS
We must not teach any brewer that cleaning is one of the most important steps in the brewing process, but we can equip every brewer with tools to perform these cleaning activities. We have developed a family of CIPs ranging from very simple manual machines suitable for small production facilities with a limited beer production to systems with 2 or 3 automatic vessels for single or multiple users. The possibility of checking and dosing the solutions is a further possibility that is given in the identification phase of the CIP suitable for your structure.
