HIGH-TECH FERMENTERS AND BRIGHT BEER TANK

To complete the offer of the material necessary for the production and storage of beer SIMATEC also produces a complete line of fermenters and BBT internally.
Also, in this case, we use our innovative approach which consists of creating a high added value and therefore we did not limit ourselves to building steel containers but we applied the best technologies on the market when available and created new solutions where instead these were not satisfactory.

CONICAL TANK

The conical tank is tall and narrow with a conical angle of 60 ° to facilitate the expulsion of the yeast and therefore to clear the beer. It is particularly suitable for secondary fermentation and / or maturation of beers for isobaric bottling. The tank is completely isolated and made with a 0.8 mm thick refrigeration jacket on the sides and on the cone.

VERY THIN HEATING JACKETS

Heating jackets are very thin (about 0.8 mm) and resistant to high pressures (up to 4 bar or more on request).

ADVANTAGES: the refrigerant flows through them very quickly thus achieving a high heat exchange, when the refrigerant stops (temperature reached) the quantity of liquid present in the jacket is very small and therefore the thermal inertias are very low and temperature control is optimal.

INTERNAL CONNECTIONS BETWEEN JACKET AND TANK

The connections between the different jackets present in the tank (cone, low cylindrical part, high cylindrical part) are made inside the volume of the insulation through fixed welded pipes.

ADVANTAGES: economic savings because this connection must not be made externally with additional insulation (more expensive), guaranteeing the balance of flows in the jackets with no frost phenomena, clean and elegant design.

CLEANING SYSTEM WITH DOUBLE ROTATING ARM

The cleaning system consists of a rotating arm on a special bushing with a spray ball at each end.

ADVANTAGES: safety in sanitizing the upper door of the tank, better washing efficiency on the entire surface of the tank.

INTEGRATED COLLECTION SYSTEM IN A SINGLE GROUP

At the bottom of the tank, the partial and total collection system is integrated into a single group that can be completely dismantled without blind areas.

ADVANTAGES: ease of cleaning and inspection of one of the most critical areas of the tank, the possibility of changing the length of partial withdrawal depending on the beers, possibility of using the hop injector to push and keep the hops in suspension in dry-hopping.
