THE MODULAR BREWHOUSE THAT GROWS WITH YOUR PRODUCTION

To this basic configuration (a multi-purpose MULTI-BREW tank for mash, boiling, and whirlpool plus a separate lauter tun for filtration) it is possible to add 3 more multi-function tanks in order to obtain higher productivity. In fact, given the cycle time of about 6 hours for a single batch, each added multi-function vessel allows, with only a further 2 hours of production time, the production of a new batch. The addition of a multifunction vessel can be made operational when it becomes really necessary. The modularity of the brewhouse is expressed precisely in the possibility of growing with the production needs of the brewery, without having to change brewhouse and therefore to face up to very expensive costs and processes changes.

PRODUCTION PROCESS IS TOTALLY AUTOMATED

The automation consists of being equipped with software, PLC, pneumatic valves, sensors that make the whole process of mashing, filtration, cooking, whirlpool fully managed by software without any need for human intervention. The working parameters can be configured by the brewer so that they can be defined for each recipe.
